I believe that black cats bring me luck. Any time one has crossed my path it has turned out to be a good day. I feed the neighborhood feral cats. Anytime I see the local black eating it turns out to be an especially great day!

I don't feel that it's superstitious to notice patterns in life, like the ones listed by Kismet and Haven. I feel that there are days, months, holidays and even places and times of day when energy for some individuals is either at a very low level or is very negative. Something happens on a certain day and we remember it, even it's subconsciously. We are then more prone to have the same thing happen because we are afraid it will happen. This is reinforced each time something goes wrong at a certain time or place. To break the pattern, we would have to very cautiously do whatever we have had bad luck doing at the time or place we did it and have nothing bad happen. Maybe it's just not worth the effort and better to simply not take that vacation or undertake that project at the hexed time or at the hexed place.

I am cancer the crab, the moon is my symbol. Every full Moon or New Moon I am at my psychic peek. Friday the 13th is a day that proves to be good luck however, Thursday the 12th is not so good. Every accident I have had has been on Thursday the 12th. Ironic isn't it.

I was born on Halloween. Need I say more? The 31 is 13 backwards so Friday 13 doesn't scare me. However I do look at patterns. Evey one of my close relatives passed away during the first week of May, different years. Mom, Dad, Uncle. I never looked into the rest of the relatives like aunts and cousins. I do get a little nervous the first week of every May and even during the month. May is just not my favorite month.

I've been in three accidents. Each of them was on Thanksgiving Day (including the one before I was born). Needless to say, I never go anywhere for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This has served me well over the years - no accidents on Thanksgiving. Going across town to friends is not the same as across country to visit family. If I don't want something to happen, I won't bring it up because that might jinx things. I also believe in four leaf clovers, little green men from mars, and the paranormal world in general.
