Here’s an odd way of scrying. One evening I was changing the water in the bowls that my outside cats use for drinking. The bowls were a selection of used sauce pans and pots that were no longer appropriate for food. I had just cleaned all of them with vinegar and was proud of myself. They were shining and filled to the top with nice, cool water. As I stared into one of the larger pots, I realized that there was a full moon reflected in the water. No breeze stirred the surface of the water. I felt a sort of hypnotic trance come over me. I sat down on a chair and stared into the lovely moonlit water. Time seemed to disappear. I decided that this was something that was part of psychic ability so I began to ask questions and get answers. It went on for several minutes before a breeze disturbed the water and the waves brought back the moon and brought me back to where I was in real time. I have since noticed my cats stopping and looking into their water bowls. I’m not sure that it’s scrying or watching a bug swimming but they get this distant look in their eyes and seem to be focusing on a world somewhere else. Perhaps they too are scrying for answers to cat questions.

Succinctly: I can usually induce some very productive visions by staring myself in the mirror until the reflection disappears. What I see next is relevant to whatever influences are surrounding me.
