FIRST, HERE ARE OUR BASIC 'RULES & REGS' IN OUTLINE

RULES & REGS
1) ALL APPLICANTS APPLYING TO BECOME READERS ON ANY
OF THE JAYSON LYNN.NET INC. SITES MUST TAKE AND PASS 3 to 6 EMAIL and/or CHAT/PHONE
READING TESTS WITH REAL CLIENTS.
No more than 6 tests total are required.
2) READERS MAY NOT USE THEIR,(SAME OR SIMILAR) Jayson Lynn.net Inc "HANDLE",
(or any derivative of their Handle) and/or Bio/Profile as created for any of
the Jayson Lynn.net Inc. Web Sites, WHEN WORKING FOR OTHER WEBSITES, COMPANIES,
OR FOR THEMSELVES, OUTSIDE OF Jayson Lynn.net Inc.
Jayson Lynn. Net, Inc reserves the right to assign you a "Handle"
to work under while Reading as an IC for Jayson Lynn.Net, Inc; or at our disgression-
we will ask you to pick your own "Handle". In addition the "Handle"
you use on site becomes the sole property of Jayson Lynn.Net, Inc. and can not
be used by you outside of the Jayson Lynn.Net, Inc sites- even after termination
of contract.
3) YOU MAY WORK FOR OTHER "PSYCHIC READING" COMPANIES OTHER THAN OURS- ON OR OFF THE NET, OR FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE. We do not restrict you in working for other sources- other than: 1- not using the same handle elsewhere. 2- You may not divulge any procedures, methods of operation, client lists or pricing or any functionalities that make up the sites of Jayson Lynn.net Inc. to any outside sources or competitors for a period of up to, and including 18 months after leaving or terminating your contractural agreement with Jayson Lynn.Net Inc.
4) NO CONTACT INFORMATION (EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE #s,
REAL NAMES-etc, etc) ARE TO BE EXCHANGED WITH CLIENTS AT ALL.
5) CHAT ROOMS ARE FOR PAID READINGS AND OUR CLIENTS
ONLY- unless mutually agreed upon with the site Administrator.
6) CLIENTS YOU GET ON YOUR OWN (OUTSIDE OF Jayson
Lynn.net Inc) ARE YOURS. CLIENTS YOU READ FOR AT any Jayson Lynn.net Inc site
REMAIN OURS.
7) YOU ARE WORKING FOR Jayson Lynn.net Inc AS AN
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.
8) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TAXES.
9) YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESSES
TO WORK ON OUR SITE.
10) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE WHILE ONLINE.
11) ALL READERS ARE REQUIRED TO DO AT LEAST TWO TEN MINUTE FREE CHAT READINGS PER WEEK. (we do not charge visitors\potential clients for these initial free Readings- they bring traffic and new clients to the site). We use very strict methods to ensure that each person receives a Free Reading only one time.
12) All Chat Clients receive 10 free EXTRA mins in their chat sessions (It is already calculated into your per minute rate and you will be paid for this time).
13) READERS SPLIT ALL REFUNDS\CHARGEBACKS\BOUNCED
CHECKS WITH Jayson Lynn.net Inc. All chargebacks are pooled and then divided
by the amount of Readers working the site, plus 2 (Jayson = 2 Readers)
(NO MORE THAN 50.00 shall be taken
out of any Readers check per month- and chargebacks will only be covered (taken
out) from a Reader's pay if they worked during the month that the chargebacked
order(s) originated AND ONLY if they earned more than 150.00 that month AND
the month that the Chargeback gets paid back to the bank* If you need clairification

14) INVOICES CAN BE SUBMITTED ONLY ON "INVOICE
DAYS"
Payment to the Readers is on a Net 30 day basis and checks or Direct Deposits/PayPal
are issued once a month- For example: this means that all orders completed from April
1-30 would be paid the first week of June.
15) We require that all Readers log on a minimum of 10 hours per week (for chat and/or live phone). We do NOT have any required minimums on amounts of orders per Reader, per month- nor are there any "minimum time given"requirements for giving a client their Reading(s).
16) All Readers accepted to work on the site after testing are on "probation" for not less than 6 weeks from their initial first paid order that they complete. Once probationary period is completed, you will be asked to sign a contract with Jayson Lynn.Net Inc. Contract will be signed electronically online by you, the contractor.

Example of a "Letter of Intent":

THIS "Letter of Intent" must be signed by you and notarized and mailed
to our address within 2 weeks of being accepted to be a Reader on our sites.

Q: HOW WILL A READER KNOW THAT A CLIENT HAS REQUESTED THEM PERSONALLY (FOR AN EMAIL OR CHAT READING)?
A: There are one of two basic ways that you will know if you
have a Reading set up: The Admin. will email or call you with the details- but in most cases by email.

Q: HOW OFTEN DO THE READERS GET PAID?
A: Once a month - net 30 days.
Q: WHAT ABOUT RECORD KEEPING AND
INVOICES?
A: The Readers are required to keep good records of all sessions-
client name or log-on, date, length of session, misc. items of importance.
etc. Our system is automated but it is still important to check your own invoices/records.
Q: HOW & WHEN
DO WE SUBMIT INVOICES?
A: Once a month you submit your invoices by "hitting a submit
invoice button" on your account balance page.
Q: WHAT IS A CREDIT CARD "CHARGEBACK"
AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT THE READER?
A: A Credit Card Chargeback is the same as a Stop Payment
on a Check.
This section covers bounced checks as well:
When a "disgruntled" client (or one who is just trying to put one
over on us) levels a chargeback request against us- we really have no choice
but to refund their money. We can, and will "fight" the claim, but
in this day of "Internet Commerce" the merchant almost always "loses"-
even if the "goods" were delivered and we did nothing wrong.
For occasions when this occurs we have devised a way that will be fair
to all the Readers and to Jayson Lynn.net Inc-
We split the cost of the
Chargeback\Stop Payment\Bounce Checks with the Readers in this manner:
Only Readers who earned a minimum of $100.00 during the month that any
of the above "refunds occurred will have an equal share taken from the
next pay period. So if 7 Readers worked the minimum that month and say
$100.00 in "refunds" had to be paid- then the amount each had to "chip
in" would be: $100.00 divided by 9 (7 Readers plus us-Jayson Lynn.net Inc)
so the amount deducted from all involved would then be: $12.50
Once the site is at full profit level, then the Readers will no longer have
to lose out on these refunds- Unless the Reading warranted a refund that was
justified.
For those of you new to the site- we all voted on this at the iception of the
site and all Readers involved at the time agreed. The Readers have to understand
that the initial outlay in getting this site up is extremely high and chargebacks
could put us under very quickly! Luckily in the first year we had NO chrargebacks
and only about 10 bad checks, and five refund requests- all were requested BEFORE
the Readings took place..
Q: AS WITH SOME 900 # COMPANIES
WILL THERE BE ANY "HOLDBACK" TIME IN GETTING PAID?
A:. Our policy is Net 30 days. But we try to pay within 20-30 days of receiving your invoices.

Q: WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING WITHHOLDING TAXES FOR THE READERS:
A: As Independent Contractors engaged by Jayson Lynn.net
Inc for their services- All Readers are responsible for paying their own taxes.
Jayson Lynn.net Inc will furnish you with a 1099 form that shows how much income
you earned from the site. The rule is: income earned that is more than $600.00\year
has to be reported on your tax return- BUT check with your accountant first
on this.

Q: WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF CHAT
SESSIONS BEING OFFERED TO THE CLIENTS?
A: From 20 mins up to 75mins
We will be advertising all sessions with 10 mins for free. New clients to the
site get
10 extra Free Minutes
Q: WHAT WILL THE CLIENT BE
CHARGED FOR CHAT SESSIONS?
A: It ranges from $29.95 up to 79.95 intially. See Price Chart
Q: IF DURING
A SESSION A CLIENT WANTS TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER READING AT A LATER DATE\TIME WITH
THE SAME READER- HOW IS THIS HANDLED?
A: Tell the client to email you through the system to set
up a time convenient for both of you.
Q: CAN THE CLIENT INCREASE
THEIR CHAT TIME BEFORE THE END OF THE SESSION?
A: Yes by hitting the "Buy More Time" button that appears in their
chat room. The clients will be reminded of this option visually on their screen
5 minutes or so before their session ends.
Q: DO THE READERS STILL
GET PAID IF THE SESSION TERMINATES DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?
A: In most cases- yes- you are paid by the minute. We will have to
look at each situation on an individual basis.
Q: WILL THE CHAT SESSION AUTOMATICALLY
TERMINATE AFTER THE DESIGNATED TIME IS UP?
A: Yes
Q: WILL READERS GET PAID EXTRA
FOR STAYING IN THE CHAT SESSION LONGER THAN THE TIME THE CLIENT PAID FOR?
A: Only if the client legitimately hit the BMT button - otherwise
No-
If the Reader goes into overtime its their prerogative-(it may be good biz practice!)
but keep in mind that there could be other clients waiting to get into a session-
so don't over-do it!.
Q: IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY THAT PROHIBITS A READER FROM LOGGING ON TO THE INTERNET OR THE SITE AND THEY CAN'T EMAIL Jayson Lynn.net Inc, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO NOTIFY THE SITE ADMIN.?
A: Yes. Call us on our 800 # and leave a message if the answering machine picks up. The number will be given to you once you are working with us.
Q: WHAT SHOULD A READER
DO IF THE CLIENT DISAPPEARS DURING A SESSION ?
A: End the session and then Reboot
your computer.
Q: IF WE HAVE SEVERE STORMS BEGIN IN OUR AREA DURING A SESSION, SHOULD WE STAY IN THE SESSION?
A: Its really up to the Reader, but our advice is NOT to stay in the session.
Q: CAN THE CHAT ROOMS BE USED
FOR PRIVATE USE?
A: No- not without permission.
Q: WILL THE CHAT SESSIONS BE SAVED IN LOGS- CAN BOTH THE CLIENTS & THE READERS GET THEM?
A: Yes to both questions. You and the client both have access to all chat transcripts.
Q: WILL THE CLIENT'S BIRTH DATA AND\OR MAIN TOPICS OF CONCERN(S), AND THE TYPE OF READING THEY REQUESTED BE KNOWN TO THE READER BEFOREHAND?
A: Only if the client fills out those parts of their order form. Our order forms include these fields to be filled out, but it is not a requirement for the client to do so. If they do, then the info will appear on the order as well as in the chat room on the Reader's side, or if sent to a Reader for a requested Reading al pertinent info will be furnished to the Reader.. Of course the Reader should ask at the offset of the session- if they need any additional information, or contact us if there is enough time before the Reading begins.
Q: ARE
THERE WAYS TO AVOID "DRAG" (SLOW TEXT) OR "ROOM FREEZE"?
A: Yes! Re-boot after each session. Clear out your cache as often as possible.
Q: ARE THE READERS ABLE TO
DROP/CUT AND PASTE OR PUT TEXT FROM SPECIAL ASTROLOGY\NUMEROLOGY PROGRAMS INTO THE CHAT ROOMS DURING OR BEFORE A SESSION?

ADVERTISING
Q: WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
ADVERTISING Jayson Lynn.net Inc?
A: Jayson Lynn.net Inc is. But you are welcome to "spread
the word" and have people request you. Another way we are currently advertising is by having "Affiliates"
place our banner on their site or get people to visit the site via "word
of mouth". When an order comes from an Affiliate we (both the Reader and
Jayson Lynn.net Inc) pay them a commission- $5 per order. Ask us for more details.
Q: CAN THE READERS
"ADVERTISE" OR USE WORD OF MOUTH TO BRING CLIENTS TO THE SITE, AND
IF SO- CAN THE CLIENTS REQUEST THE READER THAT TOLD THEM OF THE SITE?
A: Yes! To both questions. Just make sure the client requests
you by your "Handle" on their order form.
Q: IF A READER HAS THEIR OWN WEBSITE CAN THEY LINK IT TO Jayson Lynn.net Inc?
A: Yes. We advise linking it directly to your Bio on our site.
NOTE: If you create a web site using your Jayson Lynn.net Inc handle in its
title and\or URL and have it link to your own bio on our site without any contact
info within your site (other than to Jayson Lynn.net Inc) we will give you your
own private order form- to ensure clients order from only you. Please contact
us for more info on this.
NOTE: If you have your own website and it does
not have a link to us or you have a link to us that
is non exclusive- THEN ALL
THE CLIENTS YOU ACQUIRE THRU YOUR WEBSITE ARE YOURS!
Q: WHAT IS THE Jayson Lynn.net
Inc AFFILIATES PROGRAM?
A: Other webmasters\sites sign up and then place our advertising banner on their site, create a mirror site to ours, or they direct people to our site via word of mouth. We pay them a commission for every paid order we receive through them.
Q: ARE THE READERS AFFECTED IN ANY WAY BY COMMISSIONS PAID TO AN AFFILIATE?
A: Yes- Jayson Lynn.net Inc and the Reader split the Affiliate's commission
paid on a per order basis.

TO GIVE FREE READINGS?
A: Yes. A minimum of one/two per week.
Q: WHO GETS FREE READINGS?
A: Winners in our Weekly Free Reading Contest and those who request one that pass our requirements that ensure they have never received a free Reading from one of our Readers previously.
Q: HOW OFTEN DOES A READER
HAVE TO GIVE A FREE READING?
A: A minimum of one/two Reading per week.
Q: WHAT TYPE\LENGTH OF
FREE READINGS DO WE HAVE TO GIVE?
A: A 10 mins Chat Session

READINGS ARRANGED?
A: The client will enter your chat room with 10 mins.

CLIENT RELATED QUESTIONS:
Q: WITH SOME 900 # COMPANIES - THERE IS A LIMIT AS TO HOW MANY TIMES A CLIENT CAN ORDER A READING. WILL IT BE THE SAME WITH Jayson Lynn.net Inc?
A: Yes and No. Each session will be on a one time payment situation. Clients can order as many sessions or Readings as they can pay for. we do have limits to protect us from chargebacks.
Q: HOW DOES A CLIENT REQUEST A
SPECIFIC READER?
A: By entering the Reader's "Handle" on the order form.
Q: CAN A CLIENT REQUEST THE SAME READER OVER AND OVER?
A: Yes!
Q: HOW DOES A READER HANDLE AN ABUSIVE OR NASTY CLIENT? OR ONE WHO IS BECOMING SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE OR VULGAR?
A: 1) Ask them politely to stop and let you continue the Reading. 2) Ask them nicely again. 3) Tell them in four words "Your session has ended!". Immediately email us as well with the words: CLIENT PROBLEM in the subject line.
Q: ONCE WE ARE WORKING AS READERS WITH Jayson Lynn.net Inc AND WE ALREADY HAVE OUR OWN CLIENTS, OR WE ACQUIRE NEW ONES ON OUR OWN AFTERWARDS- WILL ANY OF THESE CLIENTS THEN BECOME Jayson Lynn.net Inc'S CLIENTS?
A: No! Absolutely not! Any clients the Readers already have or acquire on their own (OUTSIDE OF Jayson Lynn.net Inc) are strictly theirs- even after the contracts have been signed. However, the rooms are never to be used for sessions that are not paid for through Jayson Lynn.net Inc. Of course you may "bring in" paying clients if would like to, they would then become our clients- every time they order from our site.
Q: IF A CLIENT ASKS ME FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE # OR REAL NAME- WHAT SHOULD I DO OR SAY?
A: Politely say "Sorry no can do" (in your own words of course). This is cause for termination!
Q: WHAT IF THE CLIENT POSTS THEIR PERSONAL CONTACT INFO IN THE CHAT ROOM- LIKE THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE #?
A: same answer as the answer above.

READERS GUIDELINES & CONTRACT RELATED QUESTIONS
Q: CAN THE READERS WORK FOR OTHER PSYCHIC READING COMPANIES, OR FOR THEMSELVES, ON OR OFF THE INTERNET, WHILE WORKING FOR Jayson Lynn.net Inc?
A: Yes. But Readers can not use the same "Handle" that they use at Jayson Lynn.net Inc as they do for other companies, or on their own.
Q: IS IT REQUIRED THAT A READER HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS?
A: Yes! A minimum of two active email addresses must be on file with us. This is to ensure that we can notify you of orders and site related information.
Q: IS IT REQUIRED THAT I HAVE AN OPEN PHONE LINE WHILE I AM ONLINE?
A: Yes! We need to reach you if email is not working properly, or if its too slow. In other words a second phone line or caller id or a beeper- anything that will allow us to notify you other than using email.
Q: ARE THE READERS
HIRED AS EMPLOYEES OR AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS?
A: Independent Contractors.
Q: HOW LONG A PERIOD OF TIME WILL THE CONTRACTS BE FOR?
A: Signed contracts are for 12 week intervals. You will receive a package of contracts via SnailMail- The package will have two signed copies to cover the twelve week period. You would then sign both and mail one of the two contracts back to Jayson- The signing procedure repeats one week or prior to the previous 12 week period being up.
Q: IF A READER HAS A CERTAIN AMOUNT
OF COMPLAINTS AND\OR CHARGEBACKS LEVELED AGAINST THEM BY CLIENTS, WILL THEIR
CONTRACTS BE TERMINATED? IF SO, AFTER HOW MANY?
A: Yes, contracts will be terminated after 5 complaints or ChargeBacks\Stop
Payments registered against a specific Reader by clients within a 3 month period.
If in the course of a year a Reader has 10 or more "infractions" their
contracts will be permanently terminated.
Q: THERE WAS
MENTION PREVIOUSLY BY JAYSON THAT WE MAY START WORKING WITHOUT CONTRACTS BEING
SIGNED, IS THIS STILL THE CASE?
A: Yes, but only for the first week or so. We like to see how
you do as a Reader on the site first.
Q: AS A READER IF I HAVE (OR WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE) MY OWN WEBSITE- HOW DOES THIS AFFECT CLIENT STATUS BETWEEN MYSELF AND Jayson Lynn.net Inc?

Q: ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF READINGS REQUIRED FOR THE READERS TO DO OR ANY QUOTAS TO MEET?
A: No. Readers can do as many sessions as they can or want
to. A Reader can stay on line waiting
for readings all day and night if they like.
Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF LOG ON TIME REQUIRED?
A: Yes, 10 hours a week.
Q: DO THE READERS NOTIFY THE SITE ADMIN. WHEN THEY LOGON AND OFF THE NET?

Q: HOW
ARE EMAIL READINGS DELIVERED
TO THE CLIENTS?
A: The Reader will send all email Readings\Reports to Admin via
email first and we will forward it to the client. The Best method to send is
by attachment and the file should be saved as a .doc file if highliting is being
used (bold facing, underlining, italics etc). Or as a .txt file if no highliting
is being used. Sending as open email is NOT recommended due to line breaks messing up and possible truncating. We realize
that some of you may have trouble with attachments- in which case open email
is fine. ALL EMAIL READINGS ARE TO BE SENT TO:

will be automating email reading soon.
Q: WHAT IS THE REQUIRED LENGTH
OF AN EMAIL READING?
A: Email readings should usually be a full page and a half -single spaced. But we are more concerned with content rather than length. The more "details" and "seeing" the Reader does - the better.
Q: HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE AN EMAIL READING?
A: 24HRS
Q: WHAT IF
THE CLIENT HAS FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS, OR THERE IS SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND
THAT NEEDS CLARIFICATION- AFTER RECEIVING THEIR READING (CHAT or EMAIL)?
A: Clarification questions will be reviewed first by Jayson Lynn.net
Inc and then forwarded to the Reader, with the Reader's response coming back to
us before being forwarded back to the client. Detailed, or extensive follow
up questions in most cases constitutes a new reading and the client will be
charged accordingly. However we will forward short or one question types of
clarifications to the Reader for answering without charging the client initially.
If the Reader feels it constitutes a new Reading then we will notify the client
as such.
